Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services that we provide, under NO circumstances are any offer clients eligible for a refund for any services rendered or purchased at Crown Me Wellness. If for some reason you cannot make your appointment, you will be allowed to reschedule with an allotment of ONE time max. Please email us at info@crownmewellness.com for further direction or questions.
Booking Policy
A Non-refundable Retainer Fee of $50 is due at the time of booking an appointment. This retainer fee is also non-transferable and is credited to your final payment. Rescheduling must be completed through your client profile and can not be done within 24 hours of your appointment. Only 1(one) reschedule is permitted and must be done within the current scheduling calendar (typically within the same month). At 15 minutes there will be a $10 fee added to your balance.
No Shows will be charged in full for the service booked and not allowed to book with Crown Me.
