There is a $25-$50 retainer fee.
The fee will be applied to your service if rendered same day.
NO CALL. NO SHOWS will be charged 50-100% of service booked, to be determined by the provider.
Cancellations within 24 hours notice must notify Shana via call or text. Retainer Fee is nonrefundable.
If the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment, there will be no fee applied.
